My friends account is hacked and is currently being played(not by him) where can I report this, i cant right click his name or portrait to since hes in a raid. I know this isnt the right place for this but i dont have time, reply quick please.

Recent flurry? If anything compromises are a bit lower now than ever as more people protect themselves with authenticators, get better at security - and our own security measures progress.
Any damages done to a compromised account are usually done in under 5 minutes. Any damages done to a compromised account can normally be mitigated if not completely reversed if reported promptly. Filing a petition is fine, it will be addressed. If a compromiser is on an account for that length of time, they are most likely farming - or spamming, and we have systems that often catch that as well.
