It seems we all RP a little bit...

blizz -> wysłany:
Have you noticed that you just naturally develop a personality for your characters? I'm not an RPer, but I've noticed that I act and talk differently depending on what toon I'm playing. I don't even think we all try to do it, it's just something that happens.

For instance, Kat here is somewhat of a scoundrel. She'll take what she needs and not really give you a second thought if she doesn't think you worth her while. However if she knows someone's in trouble, she'll jump to their side in an instant, even though she may call that person an idiot for getting themselves in that situation. She only has a few good friends, but her bonds with them are very strong, and she will gladly lay down her life to protect them.

Do any other non-RPers do this, or am I just crazy?

I don't want to scare you... but this is usually how a lot of fledgling RPers start out. ;) It's great that the game and the character speak to you and tell you who they are. It doesn't mean you need to go full out and become an RPer in a hardcore sense, but it if it makes you happy, and you enjoy it, then go with it.

All of my characters have their own "personalities" about them even if I am not outwardly portraying it at all times. It makes the experience of playing them more fun for me.
