Improve the vote to kick system.

Okay, I was just in a dungeon (A high level dungeon as well on my level 87 alt) and it was the worse experience I've ever had with another player:

1. The healer we had was riled - from I assume; a previous instance where the warlock in our group needed a cloth belt with spirit on it.

2. So, I brought up the fact that the need system works so that only people who actually "Need" items, can actually "need" those items - for instance only hunters can really need guns and no other class can...so I assumed the item was an upgrade for the warlock.

3. The healer was so riled and childish that he outright refused to DO HIS JOB and heal the warlock -- HE REFUSED TO DO HIS ROLE.

4. Due to this, the warlock had to keep himself alive by doing life drain and other abilities, and because of this his dps was incredibly low, and it really wasn't his fault.

5. Because of the incredibly low dps, I was the ONLY player doing adequate dps and the healer began refusing the OTHER DPS heals too.

6. The healer NEEDED a dps item that was obviously not for his spec or class in an act of spite; against all logic, the healer NEEDED AND NINJA'D to spite the NINJA.

Can we please get an improved vote to kick system? I wanted to kick the damn healer so hard, because she made the full instance last maybe ten minutes longer than it should've lasted, and she was being incredibly childish, but we couldn't actually kick her until after the final boss where we refused her quest hand ins for her stupidity.

As Shammoz says, there's an existing thread about this topic (link above), so I'll lock this one down.
