PTR not bound to account?

I've been encountering this issue all day and I can't seem to log into the PTR, it states that either I'm in the wrong region, or the PTR is not bound to my account. Although it is, and I already contacted costumer support through live chat and they couldn't help me. Any fixes for this Blizz? EDIT: Error #107
