Well after running Herioic ICC 25 Man well over 100 times across 4+ toons I finally see it drop. Out of the 21 people who we brought along, I win. The loot was set need before greed because we had a few twinks we brought along. The part I am getting at is me and another guy tied the roll but I won the mount. Of course there were 3 or 4 people butt hurt about it and told everyone to report me for hacking.
My main question is how does this actually work that I won but we tied rolls?
Ive read that rolls actually have an extra decimal like 97.35 or 97.15 but it will round up or down.
Ive also heard theories on names and it going by the first letter or a secret second roll.
Any one have any input?
