By the way I've screen-shot most of this thread (page 1 and 2 at the least), and it's being included in my letter to corporate.
After having yet another great experience with Blizzard's phone operators (PLEASE note the sarcasm used in that sentence), and after not having my problem resolved and asking TWO different representatives for a phone number, or ANY way of contacting Blizzards corporate office, I was told two different things:
"We don't know that information"
and,
"We're not allowed to give out that kind of information"
Well, I feel this is something they should know and be allowed to give out to any paying subscribers or otherwise customers, since MOST companies at the very least should provide any consumer with that kind of opportunity, because if it isn't, then they really do suck at hiding it even from google.

Now, why is it, that information could not be given over the phone, in a matter of a situation NOT able to be resolved? Well I guess it will always be a mystery, since Blizzard is always going to be stubborn on giving ANY good reason for anything like that.
Also note, that I am not hiding under a level 1 alt, and am posting with my main character. I do not care if anything is done, if this warrants anything done to any of my characters or my account. In a nutshell, I am done with Blizzards crap.
