"Breathing isn't required either"

blizz -> wysłany:
I see this argument thrown around all the time whenever some mentions something isn't required. Do you even realize how moronic that sounds?

For an easy example, let's look at dailies

Since the beginning of the expansion, dailies have not been, in any way, required to get into raiding, they just make the process faster and easier. Choosing not to do them will only punish you by taking a little longer to gear up, but it's still entirely possible

Now look at breathing. "Choosing" to breathe doesn't make you live "better", but "choosing" NOT to breathe will kill you

Your argument would only hold water if it was completely impossible to reach an ilevel of 460 without doing any dailies
