So I tried to do a faction change and a realm change.
And when I entered my card details etc it said error so i call my bank and they say they had some issues and to try after 1 hour then i tried agen and it said error then i call blizz and they say that the bank is denying the payment.
I call my bank agen and they say that they accepted the payment to go trough. so i call blizz agen and they say no its the banks fault bla bla bla
then i call the bank agen and it says no its their fault
then a guy from blizz contacts me and tell me that 1 payment actually had passed trough. and that it was their mistake and im getting a refund but i have to wait for 5 working days
so i call bliz and the guy i tlk to tells me i have to wait for 2-4 weeks .
wtf.. 1st of all its their fault. they shudnt have given me a refund just let it go trough. and now i have to wait 2-4 weeks for my money to get bk ?
