1:30pm and servers are still down

It's about to be 1:30pm EST and these servers are still not up. Seriously I don't pay a monthly fee for Blizzard to slack on thier maintances. Same thing happened last week too. If Blizzard doesn't think that they can get servers up by 11am PST then they shouldn't post it as such. It wouldn't kill Blizzard have some honesty with the thier customers.
