I understand that this is still a newish expansion and quests will be bugged, some things may not be 'working as intended'. That doesn't bother me in any way. What gets me slightly irritated is when a bug is found or something isn't 'working as intended' and it is reported in the bug forums there is no response from Blizzard. A short post saying 'hey we know there is an issue and we are trying to get it fixed' would go a long way towards easing frustration.

It's mostly important that people are reporting bugs on the Bug forum so that we can note them down and track them. We just may not post to acknowledge every report, but do be aware that we're doing what we can to stay on top of it all. BTW, normally I don't post in Bug report forum threads. But it was the best location to let people know we knew and were looking. |
