Make a system to queue your trading objects, so you'll choose an item, price and how it will be sold either AH, trade or cod.
Then the system can post a WTS once in a while, to prevent people over spamming and writing useless stuff in the trade chat.
Stormscale trade channel is 100% useless, considering how big the realm is you rarely ever get any responds, since there is so damn many guilds, arena teams, rbg teams and what not looking for members and generally just useless non trade spam.
Extremely frustrating system we currently have.

So you're suggesting the replacement of the current trade channel with an automated system that flashes up with items that people wish to sell, and nothing else? Hmm, interesting! I imagine that people who like to make their adverts a little more exciting would object to this though.
In regards to trade channel chat, it's not something that can really be avoided in a channel where people are free to post what they wish, which of course helps to make fun ads. And the fact that so many people chat there means the banter may not be universally hated. However, you can of course continue to report spammers or those who overly abuse the channel. |
