Blizzard, can you Please do something about these people that sends out senseless guild invites?
I know we can enable block in options, but, that does not block them for spamming you in TELLS!!
For the love of god, im so freaking sick of it and tired of these spams!
Change your policy rules on this PLEASE, they are just as bad as gold spams!
It really bugs me, that people has no respect for other people these days and just wanna MAX up their guild and dont care how they get it.

There are addons out there that can block whispers from people you don't know, or you can turn off whispers altogether, but that's a little drastic. Failing that, you could make your own guild if you're against joining someone else's :)

But, also why am i forced to use addon playing WoW to avoid spams? Sending whispers is a legitimate use of the chat system. As long as you're not being spammed by the same person, it's not really abuse. Sure, if you get half a dozen invites from different people in a short space of time, it could be frustrating. But people are entitled to try and recruit for their guilds. |
