One of them is 2 foot tall and doesn't speak at all, the other is one of the largest races in the game? Blizzard messed up with some lore here? Why are there 2 Pandaren monks that are completely different?

I'm sure each of them can be explained in some way though. Magical error, inter-dimensional rifts, alchemy accident...
