Hey guys, could any1 help me out..
During the vacation i allways stay up late and wake up late and yesterday i couldn't sleep (i did a bit, but verry bad..) so i woke up at 8am,. had like 3 hours of sleep max, then i went back to bed at 6pm, then i woke up at 12pm last night, gamed for a little, and went back to bed at 4.30am. now i jst woke up (at 7am)
problem is i'm going back to school on the first of sept, so basicly i'm going to be screwed if this sleeping pattern stay, any1 help me out. any tips on getting to sleep without being to tired or how to fix this pattern within a week ;s
