Is there a way to nominate people you think are MVP worthy to possibly become MVPs? Because I assume that Blizzard choose these people themselves but it appears as though they rarely post and there are 1 or 2 people I think deserve the status.

Also, as it's been mentioned a few times, we do not select people who are only positive about our games. We make our decision based on the person's ability to be constructive and helpful, as mentioned in the blog I linked above: "Our goal is to find frequent posters who are a positive influence on the gaming community in some form, whether it be through posting strategy guides or tips on various aspects of gameplay, or even just bringing a positive and constructive tone to the forums when socializing with their peers." We'd probably rule out people who, for example, call someone a "fanboi" for being positive about an aspect of our games. |
