i ll QQ here actually might draw more attention and he might actually see it also.
Vaneras locked a ton of recruitment threads last days and done the same a few weeks ago as well. The reason he has given was due to excessive bumping.
After the 1st time he did it we started bumping with moderation i bump once per day personally our recruitment thread for example as you can see here http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/4507472648
So yesterday he goes again and locks half the recruitment threads ours included and posts this as well as a sticky http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/4941496677

"We appreciate you’re keen to promote awareness of your guild, but the act of posting simply to bump a thread is considered spamming.
Anyone found to be bumping may have their thread deleted and be subject to a forum suspension.
Please note that it is perfectly acceptable to update your threads with new information related to your recruitment, but posting just for the sake of bumping is not okay!
Why bumping in the 'Looking for Players' forums is bad:
If everyone is allowed to constantly bump their threads in the 'Looking for Players' forums, It creates a continuing and ever growing need for people to keep bumping threads. The ever increasing bumping of threads will flood the forums and make it much harder for players to find guilds of interest, which in turn will make it harder for guilds to attract new recruits, because the recruitment threads are less likely to be noticed by the potential recruits.
If no-one is allowed to bump, the 'Looking for Players' forums move more slowly and there is less flooding. No bumping means that it is easier for potential recruits to get an overview of the guilds recruiting, and because there is less “noise” in the form of bump/spam posts, people will also be motivated to actually spend more time on the 'Looking for Players' forums as they are not discouraged from having to trawl through a ton of bump/spam posts to find the information they are looking for".

You are wrong on so many levels i cant possibly describe it. With what you do you effectively make recruitment section worthless for the active guilds and reward the 1 bump per month guilds that dont care and dont try to recruit the same way we do.
I reposted our recruitment thread yesterday and it was on page 3 today. How am i supposed to recruit if i cant bump it at least once per day? And we are on a dead period as well when MoP will be closer to launch recruitment section wil be moving with 4-5 X the same speed. Do you think potential applicants will sit around and browse page after page after page?
Its never going to happen we wont be able to get a single application through your forum and your recruitment section will be useless. We need to be able to bump our threads and you need to rethink that decision for the specific section. 1 bump per day isn't spamming not on the recruitment section we need to be able to do it without shaking of being banned.
We use Wowprogress and MMO champion for recruitment if you do want us to use official ones also we need to be able to bump.
You dont want us to bump? Make a filter and more subforums. For example not only PvE/PvP sub forums but also alliance/horde etc. So the forums move at a slower pace. Even better add a filter like the wicked one WoWprogress has. Hor example someone that needs 3 day/horde/PVE realm can only see those guilds etc etc.
The way you are doing it now forums are useless and i am surprised you dont know or cant appreciate how fast the move. On launches threads drop entire pages on an hour without exaggeration any bumper knows it...
Its completely silly to ask us not to bump recruitment threads we cant avoid it its not like we dont have better things to do then login type authentcator code and bump at least once per day.
We doing it cause we have to do it in order to get more applications and because the layout of recruitment forums is bad its not like we like doing it.
'What gives' is that bumping is against the rules for a good reason. If it wasn't, people would do it increasingly. If your thread is interesting, it will naturally stay on the front page through people posting in it.
If we find a thread which has been bumped (pushed to the top of the list of threads without any new information being added) we'll take action. This may be simply locking the thread, deleting it, and/or sometimes delivering a suspension depending on the case. It's also against the forum rules to discuss locked or deleted threads, so I'm going to lock this one too. Please take time to check out the forum rules and Code of Conduct, instead of making another forum post with breaks further rules.
