I'm not going to bother to quote the god knows how many examples that support the opinion most of us already have about you as an arrogant forum troll. You know the kind of snarky, rude, and arrogant "I do no wrong and my **** doesn't stink" comments you post on a daily basis.
Have you ever considered simply going away?
I don't mean quit your job, as I'm sure you must do something "important" at Blizzard in order to be employed, and while I am not certain what that may be, I can feel pretty safe in my guess that your job description does not include the directive of:
"Annoy the paying customers, stoop to the level of the common forum troll, and with regularity assume the role of such."
I don't care, and neither do the rest of us, that most of the time you are not the instigator. That does not give you an excuse as a person, and certainly not as a customer-interacting extension of your company to act in such a manner.
Your commentary rarely brings anything to the table beyond more vile and venom of the perpetually unhappy, the trolls, and EVEN the perfectly rational person who would otherwise not respond so strongly.
In short, you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
If I was above you in the Blizzard corporate stucture I would make a strong suggestion you grow up, and find an alternative outlet for the juvenile behavior. You do not represent your company well.
Unless of course your official job description is to troll the forums and fan the flames...
