I was pretty excited when I got to work this morning and saw the Post Mortem for Dungeons/Raids had been put up.

What a total waste of time. It's a puff-piece and a slap in the face to the dedicated customers who drop $15 a month plus eating up all the junk put on the Blizzard store for $25. How about addressing some of the actual problems that exist with the state of the encounters.
No mention of the copy/paste job in Dragon Soul for most of the bosses/mobs. No mention of the abhorrent bugs that constantly plague encounters that just suck the fun out of a bag full of epics. Spine of Deathwing feels nothing like being on the back of a Dragon. A gimmicky mechanic with no indicator of the likelihood the boss will actually roll. It's a trash gauntlet.
"We've been reasonably successful with our tuning across all four raid difficulty modes."
It's pretty easy to see this isn't so. T11 was miserable for 10's if you couldn't get the perfect comp. And if you look at the order guilds are killing bosses in DS, it's obvious some fights are much easier in 25 than 10 and vice versa.
I love Blizzard. I've ate every plate-full of crap with a spoon and begged for seconds. I'll continue to support their products and play a game that I've invested time and money into. But don't throw this garbage out there that took you guys 10 minutes to do at Hooters. Put some thought into your answers, give us honesty instead of propaganda, and you'll have appreciate fans who look forward to the lessons learned.
