What's in a Name?

I see discussions on naming characters on the forums all the time, and for some, finding the right name can be a daunting task. Others have their own "rules" for the type of name they use such as always using a particular theme or set of letters in all their names.

To start off this beautiful fall Thursday, I thought we'd take a new direction and talk about names and naming.

• How did you come up with your name/s?


• Do you have a pattern or set of names you always use?


• Is there a particular resource you use when coming up with names? (In-game generator, web name generator etc.)


• What advice would you give to those struggling to find a good (game appropriate) name to use?
