So ibeen gm for my guild 5-6 yers now it is a twink guild i made it before Aq 40 to twink in Bg´s was over 1k lvl19 in it and 40-50 ppl onlin on it same time from 16-20 but after wolk ppl move the lvl there twinks and left so i start to use it like bank guild but the where like 200-300 19 left and 20 of them activ.. So dont log the rogue for 37 days that is Gm This days i log my hunter twink play a bit in Bg for i left sunstrider realm my main rading guild i been in 6 yers left realm so imove all my 80 to new realm so im not that much onlin on sunstrider but in guild note i if you want to talk to me when im not onlin on sunstrider add my id [email protected]...
so to day i log my main and a twink from my old realm adds me on id and say im not gm anymore for the guild and gm is a member that i dont know sh** about iwas like wtf i log my twink new gm has been onlin for 11days and i make a ticket Gm say icant help you the do it for the guild and ppl in it to make the guild progres wtf?? This is a twink guild not a Rading guild or lvl guild just for lvl 19 this is not about guild progres the have to change guildmaster its a lvl 1 rank guild not 25... so i ask 2 gm´s to make me GM agin the cant help me why ar you ppl GM if you cant we cant eh say i start to say bad words *piiip*, But after that gm Say we know its your guild and you made it but we cant change gM wooot? you change it and put me in new rank 1day ago is this a joke or woot?
its my guild just for rule say im not onlin 37 days on my the can take a guild from you and say it about progres, imade guild 5-6 yers ago if ppl dont se me onlin if it like that leave guild not make ticket and take my guild from my hands and all gold i put in to guild bank and all mats i have in it ifeel liek ibeen scammd from Blizz and the cant help me ask ppl in guild that was onlin and the say how can the do like that not even give the guild to VS Gm or a officer the give it to one that is member that not been onlin for 2 weeks and slap me down to new in guild rank!!! im allwys onlin every day on my mains i even been onlin on my hunter twink that is VS Gm for guild.... why not ticket one of my 85 and say or whisper me onlin the just take a guild from you hands its a fu up rule that need to be change all guild ar not progres guild but maby GM´s dont gett that....I want my Guild BACK!!!!

This sounds like a most unfortunate incident for you Yaw. If you wish to take this matter further, you should e-mail the details to [email protected] where your case will be heard and reviewed by a Senior Game Master.
However, I should just point out a couple of things. First of all, this rule is in place so that our support team can serve the needs of the maximum amount of players possible. When a Guild Master has been offline for over a month, it reaches a tipping point where the needs of the many start to outweigh the desires of the one. The Game Master in charge of the original request from one of your Guild members investigated the situation thoroughly and made a judgement call in accordance with our policies, promoting another player to GM so that the Guild could progress and organise itself as necessary. We do not take such decisions lightly as we know of the potential consequences for deciding either way. Also, you claim that it is very easy for someone to ‘scam’ a Guild from another player using this method, but this is simply not true. In order for them to succeed, they will still need to actually be in the Guild (if you temporarily wished to use it for your own purposes only, you could have kicked everyone else in the Guild) and they need to somehow force the Guild Master to be offline for over a month. While you may feel aggrieved at the decision we made, it is not a scam by any stretch of the imagination and such action is easily avoidable. |
