Dear Blizzard, There is a slight problem with your Transmog idea, and I (among many other RP'ers) would like to notify you of it.
It seems that you plan to only let green-classed (and up) armour that contains stats to be transmogged, when quite frankly, tons of our RP gear grey/white statless items that we want to transmog to have the stats of good items.
Do reconsider this move. Allow me to be a bit harsh, you have not a very good reputation so far among RP'ers, as it would make it easier for us to defend ourselves when RP'ing outside blueshield zones, without having to equip ugly PvP gear if it could look like RP gear.
I sincerely hope you read this through, and consider the options. We're quite tired of being pushed around by both OOC people and your company. Give us some love, because we do like this game. Don't make it worse.

We're still discussing exactly what will or won't be available for transmogrification. So far, as others here have said, if it has stats and isn't a "silly" item such as a fish weapon, to my knowledge it will likely be available to transmogrify. However, as I said, nothing is finalised yet and things are subject to change before and after the feature has been released.
