Transmogrification, PvP and Druids.

blizz -> wysłany:
I'm making this because its an issue that has been brought up again and again since the first request of an appearance tab, and now this transmogrification issue with gear and rather than post it in thread that's moving fast, I figured I'd make a thread because its a core issue.

Every single time this comes up we get to hear the same tired bleating from the same types of people that say allowing people to alter how they look would break PvP because, god forbid, someone might not look at a health pool and gauge someone's PvP gear.

Every single time this issue comes up, the same thing has to be pointed out.

D R U I D S

Let me illustrate the point.

Here we see a feral druid wearing season 1 gear http://imgur.com/4xGAN
Here we see a feral druid wearing season 5 gear: http://imgur.com/1Ajdz
Here we see a feral druid wearing season 10 gear: http://imgur.com/NN7oE

Anyone see the point im getting at here?

This has been the case since launch and never once did Blizzard think it was an issue that would unbalance PvP, if they did then druid forms would have been altered.

They would have either become a buff in PvP whilst the druid in question basically fought like a warrior, or the forms would have been altered to have their gear being shown in some form or another.

Since blizzard hasn't made this change the whole argument about transmogrification making it hard to PvP is a complete non-issue and those making it need to stop. Its annoying, and Blizzard doesn't agree with you.
