I had a problem with account subscription payment yesterday and today, and i'm incredibly satisfied with the professionalism and help that the associate that I called at Blizzard Billing offered.
He was clear speaking, straight forward, and seemed happy to help me.
He fixed my problem and assured me that I would likely not need to contact them again.
Now I can continue to play my favorite game in peace.

As the [email protected] e-mail is no longer actively in use (and that's where Billing feedback went before), we now recommend sending e-mail feedback to the [email protected] e-mail. Alternatively, when you log into the Support Site and click the ticket that was created to assist your issue, there should be a Survey button above the details. You can utilize that to send feedback or initiate a survey if you didn't receive one automatically. >^.^< |
