Blizzard

Hey Blizz, so I was told after opening a ticket about the scrapped hairstyles with the recent patch, that I should instead open a thread in the forums. This was by a GM. So, I did exactly that. I created a polite and modest thread on the subject, as I was told to do, by a Blizzard employee. It did ok, but a few hours later, the next thing I know, it's deleted.

What's your deal Blizzard? There was no bashing, nothing inappropriate in the thread, yet you remove it anyway? Why? All I wanted to know was if you would ever be implementing the hairstyles you scrapped from the patch, and this is how you answer it? a big spit in the face?
