No. No, no, no, no, no. That's always the response from Blizzard: "no." I'm convinced of it: Blizzard is a no institution. I'm sure if anyone was to go Blizzard's customer service support office they will find posters of "No!" tacked everywhere onto the walls. Yes, I am aware of polices and what not, but can't a veteran player who has been playing since 2005 for once get a small favor? It's not like favors are being requested all the time (they are very rarely requested anyhow), and it's not like my request will cast Azeroth asunder, plunging the world into utter chaos. But of course what is the answer to that question? No! *Sigh* Oh well. Sorry folks, I just needed to vent.

It really depends on what you ask, Jägier. Providing good customer service does not mean always saying "yes."
Some things we simply are unable to assist with. Some are things our developers wish us not to do because it runs contrary to the spirit of the game, or bypasses an intended in-game mechanic. Others may be a limitation to our tools, or because there is a point where we hold players accountable for their actions. As an example, if you're in the habit of deleting an item every other week, there's a point where we're going to have to say "no," because it becomes abuse of our representatives and our systems. I understand it can be frustrating when we're unable to assist with an issue you're having. We'll always try to do our best to provide you the most [Epic] customer service possible - just understand that there are limitations to what our Game Masters (and other support staff) may be able to do. |
