Well i just got a spectral today was so exited and by mistake click learned on both of them on the same character is there a way the ingame support can help me ? or am i getting my hopes up too fast? i did open a ticket but says like 3 days to get answered :-( ty

I do see your petition, it's 2 hours old at the moment.

I'd just leave this open for a Game Master to look into your request. Normally, however, mounts are not something we reverse once they've been learned.
