Not knowing them doesn't mean those rules aren't being enforced. And knowing is half the battle.

But yeah, I'm not surewhy posting in caps is frowned upon but I just don't beause so many others say not to. Still curious why though. It was more constructive to explain the Forum Guidelines than using the hammer. Words posted in caps is generally viewed as being louder or shouting. Compare HELLO WORLD! with Hello world! Viewing a post in all caps has me picturing a person screaming at the top of their lungs while reading with my inside voice.
