Just to reinforce some of what's been said above....
NO ONE should be on an account but the registered account holder - ever, period. As noted above, the single exception to that is when a parent or guardian shares an account with ONE minor child per account. There are many good reasons that rule is in place; not the least of which is it really is miserable to be held responsible for something done on your account you know you yourself didn't do. |
