New loot rolling to avoid ninjas

Not sure what violations I am guity of, but I have made a few posts in the past that have been deleted. Please blizz if you delete this, send me an email on what I am violating. My idea is simple. Having pug's accross realms with people you are likely to not see again does provide the perfect ground for need rollling items and dropping group for items used in offspecs. Yeah I know people can roll on what ever they can use. I am proposing the idea that blizzard make a new rolling system. Need(mainspec/current dungeon spec) Need offspec(what ever your active secondary talent spec is), greed, DE. This would help to eliminate for instance, a paladin with a healing mainspec, and protection offspec from rolling on dps items that others can and offspec need. I am just trying to give my input, as the GM i spoke with told me to do so. Just trying to keep gear in the hands of people that need it for their spec, vs people that "need" it cause they dont have it and want it. Cheers
