does blizzard really care?

i changed my character showing to protect my identity on this.

Now, does blizzard really care about their players? I doubt it. About a year ago i transfered over to the server Gorefiend and about 2 weeks after i began pugging for an ICC, i had already gotten a few in game friends and asked them to come. I also found a good amount of great players too come, but we coudlnt find that last tank. Then this guy psts me wanting to come, i kindly tell him "no sry were full on DKs" he replies sayiing "im better kick the rest and take me" now its been a year, idk exact words. So i say no and he yells at me. He then starts his own group and ppl from mine start leaving, and when they leave his group grows. A while later i check my friends list and see that a lot are in ICC, so i pst that DK and ask if he stole my group and he goes "YUP, bet u wish u took me now (swear word here)" so we start fighting. Ive had enough and then put him on my ignore list thinking its done after sending in a ticket, guess how wrong i was. He then logs onto his alt (now his main) and begins cursing to me. AGain ignore list immediatly. Months later, and cata is already been relased and theres lots of 85s out there. I go into a group for an ICC 10m heroic cuz i needed the mount ach still, and hes in there. I pst the RL and tell him to kick him, he tell me to and i do. That same guy then makes an alt and yells at, i tell the raid and everyone just laughs. I send in another ticket as he kept making new alts to yell at me. Now i havnt seen him up till last week. I fly by and see him and do a simple /lol on him. He then makes a new alt and yells at me with his usual stuff "U SUCK AT THIS GAME IM A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN YOU. GO QUIT AND DIE CUZ NO ONE LIKES YOU!" he really sais this to me... alot. He made about 15 alts and said mean stuff to me and i just dont read it and do /ignore on him and send in another ticket. Later that day i see him on his alt again, and this time im not gonna let him be this way. So i simply make a macro that does /lol and /spit. i spam this on him for a long time and send in my 3rd ticket. I get an email saying "you have gotten a 3hr ban for harasment" Im sitting there goign "blizz... are u insnae?!" now the reason was my macro which i do understand but the way it really is is liek this:
The other guy is the school bully and im the wimpy nerdy kid who gets picked on, so i eventually learn karate and kick his ass then i get suspended while he gets detention. Yup, thats fair..... cuz this is wat blizz is doing.
Now blizz if u delete this post then u only prove my point, along with all those ppl who go "NO ONE CARES" or "U LOSER" u prove my point for the fact that ur not banned.
