As good as u are trying to nerf or remove the offensive dispells, u still forget to nerf the most overpowered dispel ingame. Its called ''spellsteal'' It has no CD takes like no mana and it can just take every buff off off you in a matter of seconds. This means Wings, Power infusion and all the good magic abilities some classes can have for a short while. A mage can just take them away. This is clearly not good for the PvP bracket as it creates an unfair enviroment for others.
Even now when mages got buffed in their defensive and offensive abilities. Means harder games for all!
