See team mates latency (for arena)

Hi

How can I see the latency of people in my group?
This is a must have for arena. You can avoid signing up when the latency between people in the group is high.
Some people give false information about their latency!

I have searched but I can't seem to find any addon that can do this, maybe you could recommend such addon.
