How do I gift a game

Ok so I have been having trouble purchasing a game on the store...

So my next step in trying to get it to work, is buy the game on another account and gift it over to the one I need to upgrade.

How do I do this.. It says ""You can gift this digital product.
During the purchase process, you can designate this item as a gift, which will e-mail its access code to the recipient."

Where the hell do I do it? Do I buy it then just not use the code? And use the code on the other account or what?

Can anyone please tell me how to do this?

When I purchase game time I complete the transaction and and confirm payment.

Once purchase is complete I get a screen with the game time code on and 2 options. Activate now (which takes me to my account management page for adding game time) or gift purchase (which I assume then requests the email to send it to).

This is the case when purchasing Digital Products such as World of Warcraft Classic, Burning Crusade, etc also.
