Blizzard, I am the first to acknowledge that things happen unexpectedly that sometimes take time to sort out. That is life.
However, as customers, all we request is some courtesy on your part and keep us updated. Even some kind of information would help rather than sitting in front of the computer waiting for the realms to go live. Don't leave us in the dark.
