I would like some help regarding lag

Although i didn't chat with one because i'm not going to stay up all night waiting for the response.

I transfered servers and faction changed several days ago. My loading screen takes 1 -2 minutes for some done reason. The bar goes up quickly, but at the top it states "Not Responding" but eventually it does kick back in and im able to play. never had this on any previous servers.

Also when looting bodies, i seem to get a half of a second lag spike. ½ of a second might not seem so bad to you, but imagine doing a dungeon where you loot a ton of bodies after every single mob. The frustration builds up. I looked on blizzard technical support page under all the topics. I figured it would be under lockups or connection issues, but i did not see this issue that i am having.
