On my realm there was guild that was like level 5. They merged with another guild that was level 14, but somehow managed to get name of that disbanded level 5 guild to that level 14 guild. Neither of guilds had offencive names, so only conclusion I came up is that GM who wanted to be nice changed name for them.
I am wondering if this is common practise right now and should all who want guild name changed page GM now before they have to pay for it?
