This is a serious question, so please hear me out. But what is there job exactly? Is there job simply to make sure the forums do not get out of hand? Or is it more involved? Are they supposed to read threads such as "issue A needs to be fixed for B reason using C method"?
Are they supposed to watch threads like that? Are they supposed to watch there player base, or just make sure the forums are being used the right way?
