Why are threads deleted?

Byniri	wysłany: 15 lat temu This isn't something to complain about deleted threads (so it's not against ToS), but is there a general set of rules that say which treads are and aren't deleted? If a CM/MVP could say something that could help, I could really use it to make better posts.
