Recent hacking issues......

Recently I've been hearing about more and more people that are having their accounts hacked even though they've spent the money to get an authenticator from the online store. What's the deal with this? Is there some kind of bug with authenticators that we the customers should know about? If so then why hasn't something been said about it yet?

The only hacked accounts that I have come across did NOT have an authenticator on them, Bíran. There are a few things you may be referring to instead:

1. Players posting saying their accounts have been locked due to "suspicious activity".
2. Players who are using a Dial-in Authenticator and not the keychain or mobile authenticator.
3. Players who have been hit by a "Man-in-the-Middle" attack, which are few and far between.

Do any of these sound familiar? I will gladly explain the differences if necessary.

Out of curiosity, Paliloc, is one of the banned accounts still on your Battle.net account?
