blue posters role on the forums?

blizz -> wysłany:
I think that the blue posters do amazingly BAD job at picking the threads they decide to post to. To me it seems they are like children (no offence but i really feel this way) who pick the wackiest / funniest threads around and reply to them while there are issues, topics and/or threads that have probably existed over YEARS that have massive impact on the game and they never get addressed. You know i`d rather have ABSOLUTELY no blue posts at all than write pages of deep informative and constructive critisism and view points to the game just to notice all blues do is answer to these "why are there no pink mohawks in the barber shop?!?!?" threads. I remember reading that blue posters have "other things to do" but that
explains nothing at all. still the few threads they do have time answering to should imo be prioritized in the order of importance on the scale of impact in the game etc. GC used to post good replies and now he is gone too (or transparently gone, i am pretty sure i have noticed some of hes writings under blue posters names). I`d also appreciate if there was some kind of code of conduct on blue posters on what their role is in the forums. right now it seems like a biq question mark and results in these ridiculous thread choices from the blue posters side. As a gaming company that has quality on one of the top priorities in their games i don`t see ABSOLUTELY any quality in the forum representation at all. People who invest a lot of time putting their thoughts down in a great representative manner basically never get any response and the "i want a poooonyyyyy" threads do. Maybe the blue posters hidden roles are to be like a clown in the forums or some type of forum entertainer? its either that or blizzard dodges all the big important questions deliberately. either way that is extremely bad for a firm that talks about offering quality services to their customers/gamers.

I'd just like to highlight some blue posts that were made only today, which you obviously missed:

New wands and guns to feature in ZA & ZG - http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1549673969?page=4#77

On respawn changes in the Battle for Gilneas, including tips - http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1776522423?page=1#5

Upcoming changes to the way the Winterspring Frostsaber is obtained - http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1710172553?page=1#2

If you have any feedback about the forums or community staff, in future please send an email to [email protected].
