I've never posted on the forums before but I've been playing wow and reading the forums on and off since the start of TBC, mostly to keep up to date with class problems, PvP tactics etc.
The funny thing is, even from the start I've noticed the lack of feedback to the community and their problems. Now I can understad that you can't read every thread out there every day but if I can read the forum not even once a day and catch the most important topics of the day for most classes under an hour I feel like the staff should be able to manage etleast a bit more.
We are your paying customers and it saddens me that so many feel overlooked and ignored, shame on you blizzard, if you were in any other type of market i.e insurance you would have soe serious problems on your hands by now. Understand that you don't always have to hold the answer but your presence in the forums I think would calm your players alot, I haven't seen alot of open discussions with your players to try and solve their problems. If they can't have it their way, maybe tell them why that is impossible and if they are brainstorming togeather atleast comment a bit, that not alot to ask.
Edit: Understand that even if it sounds that way i'm not bashing the community moderators, more like trying to tell Blizzard as a company they need to make their gamers feel a bit more heard and involved again.
As we've stated many times in the past, we do read the forums, and player feedback is important to us. We will sometimes comment in a thread if we have something new to add to the discussion, but please know that, when posting feedback on these forums in a constructive and helpful manner, it will be noted.
