A Man and a Woman

blizz -> wysłany:
Who is playing WoW? How many women are there and how many men are there? Ever wondered?

I am writing essay about that and appreciate you helping me out.

Please tell me if you are a woman or a man and if you have avatar that is of another gender then your real one, if so then why? If you are using avatar of your own gender, is there a reason why?

Let’s create some statistics together!

With Gratitude in advance.
blizz -> wysłany:
When I started playing WoW, nearly all my characters were male. I enjoy playing melee plate-wearing classes, and I felt having a male character fit that role a little better.

However, over the years I've changed my opinion on that and now most of my characters are female, like myself. I find I get a little more satisfaction out of tanking, wielding a huge two-handed weapon or shield as a slim, smaller-framed dainty-looking character :-)

On a side note, please keep comments in this thread on topic, civil and polite.
