So for the last Year Ive been kicked from bgs without getting the afk debuff. Ive complained via email and got a kinda nasty response. I complained via ticket and got generic responses for months. Finally about 3 months ago i got a nice GM who contacted me in game and apologised for the other responses (which basically admits they were crap responses) he/she was nice and we had a good chat but basically didnt give e an answer to why i got kicked- all of a sudden i stopped getting kicked. Then this week I have started to get kicked again. I dont afk (ever) and I sent a ticket yesterday. The response I got was that 1) its my fault (for some reason) or 2)I afked (which I did not).

When blizzard are u going to accept that either your higher Gms are responsible or you afk system is broke.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our responses to your recent support contacts and I urge you to email [email protected] if you would like to offer some feedback to the department management.

Your issue in itself is a very tricky one, which is why you have received the responses you have received. We are not blaming you (it is not the kind of situation that requires blame), but we are trying to offer you possible causes. We are not able to replicate this issue with a clean game client and as you say yourself, nobody else experiences this same problem.

Having said that, we have received a handful of reports of this happening very occasionally to certain players (it even happened to me once in Alterac Valley), and these reports are being investigated further to see if we can nail down the cause.

In the meantime, we need to approach this from the angle that there is an issue with your game client, as these are the easiest to troubleshoot and fix.

I would advise running the game repair utility from your launcher, and if you are using a router, turn it off and on again and ensure you have the correct ports open.
