"wrath baby" - someone explain this to me

I've been playing since the start of BC (started LATE vanilla, like 2 months before BC). Is this simply a term for people who are crying and got into the game late into wrath? I mean even at the beginning of wrath things were "decently" difficult in heroics... the raid content on the other hand was a joke other than sarth 3d.

Please explain what this term means to you.
