Forum log-in problems

Hey everyone! :-)

Just now I was writing this long and thought-out reply to a thread in the general forums(after logging in). After having written a large amount of text I hit Submit. I get transferred back to the thread I was replying to and check the last page. My response isn't there.... I sigh and refresh the page... it isn't there.

What seems to have happened is that while I was thoroughly writing my reply the forum logged me out and didn't let me know about it. So instead of giving me an error message and the option of relogging in to be able to post, it just let me go on with deleting my text without realizing it.

Can we have this fixed? I'd like to know when I'm being logged out due to inactivity(or for whatever reason there may be), I did go a bit afk inbetween writing. We all know that hitting a submit button after writing long messages only to find your text deleted, can be a bit frustrating.
