I see this so many times in the generic replies we get when you open a ticket.
(Side note loved the ticket I had open this week, and while ONLINE I get a GM survey and my ticket is gone! - oh wait 15 mins later I have an ingame mail - shame I filled that survey out the second I saw it)
What is the legal reason against coming on here and calling out someone who blatently does something against the TOS? Why can't we make people aware that this tank is undergeared, or this dps like to bail after 1 boss, or that healer is horrible? What legal reasons are there against it?
