My fathers account banned

Hi all.
I quit Wow about a month ago do to the issues of people hacking and so forth. I
just got tired of the issue of fighting against hackers and felt the game isnt woth the problems and the non action of Blizzard. last nite a gm banned my Dad's account for what he called Botting. My father is 65 years old and has played for 4 to 5 years now after I got both my parents playing .
The issue is my dad has a comfort zone where he farmed the same area to get money for armor and wepons and the GM in his infinite Wisdom I guess saw this and calls this botting.
they banned his account for 72 hours and after that he still couldnt get on .My mother called
and basically they wouldnt do anything for them .
I know for most this isnt a big deal and I understand that, but to me this is one thing that helps keep them active and gives them somthing to do.
I know Blizzard doesnt care about the players as much as they would like people to think.
but why should they when they have 140 million playing and paying 14 dollars a month .
Well any ways enough of that if anyone has input or would like to comment feel free good or bad . I jus wanted to post what happend and before you rant understand this is my first post here.
