Ptr missing an important change

Drudgen	wysłany: 15 lat temu The meta gem change that was promised before cataclysm was released seems to be missed from the ptr patch notes. Specifically the Chaotic meta gems crit strike rating and 3% increased crit damage was supposed to change from the current more blue than red requirement back to the old 2 blue gems requirement. Please add this into that patch.

Here's what you're likely to see in the patch notes: Meta gems with the Chaotic and Relentless prefixes now have a requirement of 3 red gems. Added new meta gems: Agile Shadowspirit Diamond (Agility/3% critical damage), Reverberating Shadowspirit Diamond (Strength/3% critical damage), and Burning Shadowspirit Diamond (Intellect/3% critical damage). These new recipes are unbound and can drop from any Cataclysm creature.
