I went and locked this thread since it was moved to Customer Support and was already getting out of hand by CS posting standards.
The ticket I show in the queue for you has been open a little over a day, Tasmanian.
While we will not “yell” at you, you may wish to go get yourself a tissue. Our current queue time for ticket responses is 2d: 15h: 52m. Queue times are posted twice a day on our Twitter feed.
