Looking at the history of Blizzard posts on the main page - 4 days, 5 days, 7/12/10, 2/12/10 and so on.
Edit: so it might not be entirely accurate since it doesn't show the post 29 seconds ago. Dates aside, my point is not invalid.
6 posts in December. This of course does not include Customer Support or Technical Support. From what I can tell, outside of those two areas there have only been 6 posts actually addressing the community.
Don't know about you, fellow forum users, but to me that feels like we're being ignored. I see plenty of threads get moved or many valid suggestions/concerns/comments just dropping off the page with not one word said from the company who used to pride themselves on interacting with the community.
I know full well that being in the EU means that we are second rate customers. We don't get the luxury of developer response - but that is not a case for us to be completely ignored.
I would rather hear something I'm not happy about hearing than hear nothing at all. I used to make suggestions on the WoW forums - I stopped doing so. Feels like I'm screaming at air, and with the lack of a suggestions forum it's quite obvious that Blizzard don't want my (or others) input.
So is this it for the future? A forum that is moderated, but without interaction?
